In my previous post entitled “Deleting Flash Cookies – Mac OS X,” I showed you how to create a quick Automator script for deleting all of the flash cookies on your mac. This can be very handy, but should you want to delete only a select few cookies, or perform something similar on Windows, there is actually another method. Note: Macworld just wrote a great article about flash cookies. Check it out here.
Adobe, as it turns out has provided a special webpage for editing your flash settings. It’s not necessarily easy to find, but hey, the reason flash cookies work, is because most people don’t know they exist! All you need to do is navigate to this webpage. From there, select the individual sites to delete their cookies, or click the “delete all sites” button to get the job done right!
